Salome MC is a multimedia artist who brought over a large volume of audio and video materials to the Unlisted Residency, recorded in Shoreline City in Washington during her 2023 Residency at the city’s Art Cottage. At the duration of her UP 24-Hour Lock-In Residency and stay in the Unlisted Projects trailer, she was able to go through all the materials and organize them, putting them in color coded bins tagged with keywords, so that she can slowly edit them into an experimental video documentary project about urbanization, globalization and human connection in the upcoming months and probably years of her life.
Getting through this necessary part of production was one of the biggest obstacles that prevented her from continuing on this project, and the 48 hour Unlisted residency at the Museum of Human Achievement offered the perfect environment at the right time.
